Data deletion

1. Restaurant owners

• Disconnect WhatsApp or Instagram in Settings at any time. LeadLoop stops receiving messages for it at once and deletes its access key.
• Delete a guest's data in Settings, Guest data. The guest's contact details and messages are deleted at once. Bookings and orders stay in the restaurant's records, without the guest's name and notes.
• Export all your restaurant's data from the dashboard at any time.
• To delete your whole restaurant account and all its data, the owner opens Settings, Delete my account, and types the restaurant's name to confirm, or emails skill.devansh@gmail.com from the account owner's email address. WhatsApp and Instagram are disconnected at once and no message is sent for the restaurant any more. We delete the account and its data within 30 days, except records the law requires us to keep, such as invoices.

2. Guests who messaged a restaurant

When you message a restaurant that uses LeadLoop, we hold, for that restaurant: your phone number (WhatsApp) or your Instagram-scoped id (Instagram), your profile name, the messages, and any booking, order or party enquiry you made.

• Ask the restaurant to delete your data: it can do so at once from its Settings.
• Or email skill.devansh@gmail.com with the restaurant's name and your WhatsApp number or Instagram username. We work with the restaurant and delete the data within 30 days.
• Messages are also deleted automatically 365 days after they were sent.

3. From your Facebook or Instagram settings

If you connected LeadLoop to your Facebook or Instagram account, you can remove LeadLoop in that app's settings, under apps and websites. Meta then tells us, and we delete what we hold for that account at once: a connected Instagram account is disconnected and its access key deleted, and an Instagram guest's record and messages are deleted.

You get a confirmation code. The link Meta gives you opens this page with the code shown at the top. Keep it if you write to us about the request.
