Terms of service

1. The service

LeadLoop offers Core (restaurant management: billing, printing, menu, tables, kitchen, inventory, customers, expenses, staff and reports) and Automation (WhatsApp replies, bookings and owner summaries). What each plan includes is shown on our pricing page. A feature marked “Coming soon” is not part of the service until it is released.

LeadLoop runs in a web browser and needs an internet connection.

2. Your account

You must give accurate details and keep your login secure. You are responsible for what your team members do with the access you give them. One account is for one outlet.

3. WhatsApp and AI

Automation uses your WhatsApp Business number through Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform. You must follow WhatsApp's business and commerce policies, and send offers only to guests who have agreed to receive them. Meta may charge for some messages, limit or suspend a number; we are not responsible for Meta's decisions.

Replies drafted by AI can be imperfect. Prices, totals and booking availability are calculated by our software from your data. You can see every conversation and take over any chat, and you are responsible for the information you give us (such as your menu, prices and opening hours).

4. Plans and payment

• Prices are shown on our pricing page and exclude GST. We are not registered for GST yet, so no GST is charged and you receive a receipt; once we register, GST is added to the invoice.
• Core is billed yearly in advance. Automation plans are billed monthly in advance. Core is included at no extra charge while an Automation plan is active.
• Automation plans include a number of conversations each month. Unused conversations do not carry over. Top-up packs are paid in advance and do not expire at the end of the month.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay.
• We may change prices with notice by email; a new price applies from your next renewal, not to a period you have already paid for.
• If a payment fails, we may restrict the service after a grace period.

5. Free trials

Core has a free trial of 14 days, once per restaurant. Our team may set up an Automation trial on a plan, with that plan's features and up to 150 conversations in total. A trial ends on its own; nothing is charged unless you buy a plan.

6. Fair use

Plans have fair-use limits, for example on team members, storage and data exports. We will contact you before taking any action if your use is far above them. You must not use LeadLoop to send spam, break the law, or attack or overload the service.

7. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time by writing to us. Your plan runs until the end of the period you have paid for. When Core ends without renewal, the account stays readable for export after a grace period. Refunds are covered by our Refund and cancellation policy.

We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms, after notice where possible.

8. Your data

Your restaurant's data belongs to you. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the service. You can export it at any time. Our Privacy policy explains how we handle personal data.

9. Availability

We work to keep LeadLoop available, but we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or free of errors, and we may need maintenance time.

10. Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profit or lost business, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

You agree to cover our losses from claims caused by your breach of these terms or your content.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Chhindwara have exclusive jurisdiction.
