Questions

Where is my data kept?

In a managed PostgreSQL database run by Supabase. Every restaurant's data is separated at the database level, so one restaurant can never see another's. Details are in our privacy policy.

Do I need internet?

Yes. LeadLoop runs in the browser and needs an internet connection for billing, printing and WhatsApp. There is no offline mode today.

Will my printer work?

Bills and KOTs print on 58 mm and 80 mm thermal printers and on A4 paper through the browser's print dialog. In Chrome and Edge, LeadLoop can also print directly to many USB and Bluetooth thermal printers. We are still testing printer models, so tell us yours and we will check it with you before you start.

Can I send the bill on WhatsApp?

Coming soon, as an add-on for any plan. When you bill, you choose Print, WhatsApp, or both. The guest gets your restaurant's name, the bill number, the total and a link to the full bill. It goes from your own WhatsApp number if it is connected to LeadLoop, otherwise from LeadLoop's number with your restaurant's name. No AI is involved.

Is there a free trial?

Yes, and you start it yourself after signing up. Core has a 14-day free trial, and every Automation plan you can buy has a 14-day free trial with that plan's features and up to 150 conversations in total, once per restaurant.

How do I change my plan?

Yourself, in the dashboard under Plan & billing: switch to another plan, buy top-ups or WhatsApp bill packs, and download your invoices. A new plan starts as soon as it is paid.

How do I cancel?

In the dashboard under Plan & billing. Your plan runs until the end of the month you have paid for. When a Core year ends without renewal, you keep read-only access after a short grace period, so you can still see and export your data.
